Beyond the Pulpit…
What we treasure, what we hold dear, deep within is what we give birth to in our Spirit; our gift to God and the world. This is the intimate part of ourselves.
“God can move us from darkness to light, despair to hope and unbelief to belief.”*
Christmas Blessings to you and yours in this Season of Hope!
Every December, we encounter the miraculous journey of Christ, “God of promise, you have given us a sign of your love. “ (RCL)
Jesus’ birth is the hope of our glory. He is Emmanuel, the tabernacle within us; the Word and Bread that came down from heaven, “Tuck them safely in the tabernacle where you dwell.”
Do you want Jesus to be part of your world and dwell within your sacred space, your tabernacle? Think about it…
Into the Garden…
This week, meet “Wild Poinsettia” or some refer to it as, “Painted Leaf.” What a perfect plant to introduce you to, as we prepare for the coming of Christ. Wild Poinsettia is one of those plants that pops up in all garden spaces and will keep coming back every year, in the form of new birth.
“She will give birth to a son and will call him, Emmanuel.” (Mt. 1:18)
