Is the Light of the Risen Christ found at the end of the tunnel? How does one proceed?
“When your faith is tested, let steadfastness have its full effect. Let your faith grow as your endurance develops. You will be complete, needing nothing.” (Ja.1)
God’s Truth:
“I will lead you out of darkness and into the Light; stand strong and tall!”
How do we harness the spiritual power to keep on moving when the going gets tough?
God is in charge. We co-create a partnership that allows his power to cover us.
God’s Truth:
Life’s difficulties are not intended to stop our spiritual growth. They help us move along with the mighty force of God’s power.” (Awakening, pg. 58)
Persevere in faith and prepare to follow a newly charted course.
God’s Truth:
“Call on Shalom Nissi; the God of Strength for divine assistance and let the power of the Holy Shekinah Spirit flow with you!”
The closing passage is taken from the Book of Joshua and is one of my favorites. A friend shared it with me years back when I was contemplating making changes in my life and now I am passing it on to you…
“Keep what is written in the holy book on your lips and in your heart, at all times. Recite it day and night, so that you will be sure to do all that it says. Only then will act with wisdom and be successful on your journey. I am telling you: Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed or discouraged for your God is with you wherever you go.” (Josh.1)
