Mothers & The Mother

It is May and traditionally, in my world, this is the month of “The Mother.”
I think of Mary, the blessed one and her final walk with her son, during a time of deep pain.
One can find a sense of profound kinship with Mary, regardless of belief or denomination; with an understanding of being a mother, whether you care for a two legged or four legged being, the heart does not differentiate.
So for all who are mothers, apart from your stage or status in life, as well as those who have moved on to the next world: Be Blessed!
