When you meditate from the heart, you bring forth all of the love and compassion that resides within regardless of any circumstance of situation you find yourself in right now.

Take a moment to gently breathe in and out the power of the Shekinah Spirit, while releasing the cares of the day.

Get a vision of those in your immediate circle with prayer needs.

See each being encased in the Light of Christ.

Allow the love of the sacred heart within to draw you closer to the infinite possibilities of God’s love in your time of prayer.

When you meditate from the heart it is to make you stronger and give you an opportunity to find peace and harmony, while having no expectations of the outcome.
