Abide in Him

Opening Inspirational Passage

“So you must remain in life-union with me, for I remain in life-union with you. For as a branch severed from the vine will not bear fruit, so your life will be fruitless unless you live your life intimately joined to mine.” (Jn. 15:4)

Come Alongside Him…

No matter how dismal life may seem; remain with and in Him, “If you life separate from me, you are powerless.”

The Long Haul…

One of the greatest stresses in life is the stress on waiting for God and this can cause a state of disconnection, “If a person is separated from me, he is discarded; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire to be burned.”

If you are experiencing disappointment right now, it simply means God is on the case.

Get Set Free…

Stop listening to the torment of your wandering thoughts and step into spiritual release, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed.”

We are set free from the inside to the outside; energized by the power that comes from Jesus. He will dispose of all fear, “The words I have spoken over you have already cleansed you.”

Abide In Him…

A branch cannot bear fruit by itself. It needs a source of power for nourishment and growth. What did Jesus say? He said, “I am the sprouting vine and you’re my branches. As you abide with me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you.”

Kindred Soul:

Ponder these questions:

Is my spiritual life wasting away? Have I made Christ the center of my life?

Am I willing to give one moment of every hour to concentrate on something positive that bears fruit by the utterance of the Word?

Closing Inspirational Passage:

“If you live in life-union with me and if my words live powerfully within you—then you can ask whatever you desire and it will be done.”
