Walls

“Peace be within your walls.” (Ps. 122)

There is a whisper from within, breaking down the walls of indifference or intolerance; intolerance towards self or another.

Walls keep negativity in, not as a sign of protection but rather as a sign of rejection.

How high is your wall? What are you resisting? Like a city that is broken down and without walls is a man whose spirit is without restraint. (Prov. 25:28)

Nameless, faceless, misunderstood desire masks as a wall that blocks out the Light of God’s Spirit.

Will you take life one-day-at-a-time; brick by brick, moment by moment or will you knock it down all at once?

The house of your Spirit is fashioned brick by brick. It is in understanding and acceptance that the wall can come down piece by piece.

We enter into a new season; step into it gently with conviction and purpose. God has a plan.

“By faith, the walls of Jericho fell down.” (Heb. 11)
