On Whose Power?

Dear God, Kick me out of me, so I can see more of you in me!”

We sometimes muddle through life wondering which way to turn. Shall I go left or right?

In the early hours before dawn, I took time to pause. Located outside my little chapel are a set flood lights leading into the back yard. Flurrying into the light were moths and other insects.

Some chose to not get burned and began to swirl, like a fire fly. Those who charged in without cause fell to the ground.

Over and over, I am shown that of myself I can do little to change a situation. There comes a time when stepping back, breathing and being allows God to move in and point the way. Any frets, worry or discontent are abated and true spiritual power is acquired.

Take comfort in the one who guides every step of our journey, “I am beside you. Follow all things in my guidance.”

On whose power? God’s Power. There is no problem without a solution and no wonder too marvelous to be experienced!

Stepping in and out with Christ requires one to get out of the way, so God can move us from darkness to light, despair to hope and belief to unbelief.”
