Into the Silence – Week 3

The One Who Cries Out is Trustworthy…

“Yahweh has sent me to bring good news to those who are poor.” (Is. 61)

Jesus cannot come and do his work in us, as long as there is something blocking the way. It’s not about tinsel and trees.

A Voice of Promise:

John came as an eyewitness to testify about the Light, so that through his testimony everyone might believe. He cleared the path, “This is the one I was talking about when I said, ‘Someone is coming after me who is far greater than I am, for he existed long before me.’” (Jn.1)

As we make our way through the advent season, we are reminded this is a time of renewal; crossing the line, spreading the Good News!

“The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone.” (Jn. 1)

Get ready to experience a new beginning; the birth of the Light of Christ within us.

True Light:

“As the Shekinah Light was veiled by the curtain of the Tabernacle, so the divine essence in Jesus was veiled by His humanity, “The one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.” (Jn. 1)
