This morning, while outside in God’s Garden, the sun was peeking out from the horizon.
As I glanced up, there was a beautiful show stretching across the sky; colors of heaven appearing around me with a light-blue background intertwined with a hint of pink.
After my sky concert, I was ruffling threw some of my writing notes from the week and recalled two passages that stuck with me.
1st Passage:
“Make a new song to him; playing expertly with a loud noise.” (Ps. 33:3)
When I looked up to admire the early morning sky, a winged one flew by, calling out in bird-song to start the day. (I took a breath here)
While I can’t replicate what I saw or how I felt in the moment, I realized God was getting my attention; as he often does in the garden.
2nd Passage:
“The Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in his wings.” (Mal. 4:2)
When I am not feeling well or life is a bit off center, I return to God’s Word. It never fails me. I always find comfort and get what I need, when I need it.
