Come Break Bread with Me

“In the altar of your heart; make room for me and be made whole.”

John 21:

Jesus asked, “Children, do you have anything to eat” They answered Him, “No.”

He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat. They cast the net but no longer had the strength to draw, from the multitude of fish.

The other disciples came in a little boat, not far from land; dragging the net of fish.

They went up on the land; saw a fire of coals and a fish lying on it, and bread.

And Jesus said to them, “Bring from the fish which you have now caught.”

Peter went up and drew the net to land, full of big fish, a hundred and fifty-three.

Knowing it was the Lord, none of the disciples dared to ask Him, “Who are You?”

Right Now, Jesus beckons us, “Come & Break the Fast.”

Then Jesus came and took the bread, broke it and gave it to them.

Always Do This in Memory of Me…

We are like the little fish; “And though there were so many, the net was not torn.”

All That I Have is Yours…

When we break bread or break the fast, we do this in union with our God; embracing all of humanity, ascending beyond tradition and finding that place where we all belong.

I encourage on this post resurrection to find that space, a place where you can break bread.

“Commune with Me; We Are One!
