Son Day for Sunday
As Jesus promised, The Holy Spirit has been given; residing within us all. It is our job to connect and be receptive to his call.
Waiting on God’s divine timing is not dependent on the providence of God, but our own spiritual fitness.
If I am relying on my own power, I am blocking the connection.
One needs to develop an on-going practice of welcoming and receiving the Holy Spirit; not just on Sunday’s for good measure.
It’s like learning to ride a new bike. Maybe you were comfortable operating a single speed bike, easy to maintain. Now, it’s time to learn to maneuver a racing bike. What about all those speeds and the different brake set-up?
If anything is troubling you or not making sense; coming between you and God, don’t look for the explanation in your head, but in your Spirit. The solution lies deep within.
